PUERTO VALLARTA

The wine festival in Puerto Vallarta, VINOMA FEST, invites you to learn more about this traditional drink, with more than five centuries of history in our country. Here we share the general program, where you can appreciate the dimension of knowledge that specialists will share. Also, the different opportunities to enjoy and, why not, know, the fascinating world offered by the wineries and national distributors that visit us.

Thursday, March 17

Opening ceremony

Welcome and opening cocktail with the presence of: special guests, representatives of the wine cellars participating in the festival, outstanding sommeliers, winemakers and chefs, as well as academics.

Friday, March 18

Congress “The land of the new world”

In partnership with the School of Gastronomy Gourmet Station of the UDG, a congress called “The Land of the New World” is created. Through a series of conferences, by leading winemakers and Sommeliers, topics on the viticulture of Mexico, wines of Spain, wine service and pairing, among others, will be exposed.

In partnership with the School of Gastronomy Gourmet Station of the UDG, practical cooking and pairing workshops will be developed, guided by great chefs and sommeliers who will share all their experience and creativity to create perfect links.

Wine festival and verbena

Let’s celebrate together the 500th anniversary of the arrival of wine in Mexico.

The appointment is in the Plaza de Puerto Mágico, where you can delight your palate with the

tasting of great Mexican wines in tune with incredible culinary samples of

the most avant-garde restaurants in Puerto Vallarta.
